#What you're buying
iSign Marketplace sells slots in Apple Developer code-signing certificates. A slot lets you link one iOS device (identified by its UDID) and receive the .p12 + .mobileprovision files needed to sign and install .ipa applications on that device.
By purchasing a slot you confirm that you understand:
- You are buying signing capability, not specific apps.
- The certificate's lifetime depends on its tier — shown on the slot card before purchase.
- Apple can revoke any developer certificate at its discretion. We have no influence over Apple's revocation decisions.
#Eligibility
- You must be of legal age to make a purchase in your jurisdiction.
- You must own (or have explicit permission to use) the device whose UDID you link to a slot.
- You must not use a slot to distribute IPAs you do not have the right to install — copyright, malware, and content prohibited by Apple's developer agreements are out of scope.
#Payments
We accept Telegram Stars and Stripe (USD). The price shown at the moment of purchase is final — no hidden fees. Payment processing is handled by Telegram or Stripe respectively; we receive only the transaction reference, not your card details.
#No refunds
The technical reason: once your device's UDID is attached to a developer certificate at Apple's side, Apple does not allow us to detach it. The slot is consumed irreversibly — we can neither reuse it for another device nor reclaim it. A refund would mean we lose the inventory and you keep working signing files.
If you purchase a slot and have not yet attached a device, contact @isign_rowdy within 24 hours and we will cancel the order and refund. After UDID attachment, no refund is available.
If something goes wrong
We handle problems case-by-case. If your slot becomes unusable for a reason on our side — for example a misconfigured certificate, a botched UDID registration, or a failure of our signing pipeline — reach out to @isign_rowdy. Typical remedies are a discount of 30–50% on a replacement slot, free SGN tokens, or a no-cost slot in a different certificate. We resolve cases fairly and quickly.
#Apple revocations
Apple may revoke a developer certificate at any time. When that happens, every device signed with that certificate stops opening the affected apps. This is outside our control.
Our policy when a certificate we sold is revoked by Apple:
- We notify affected slot owners through the bot.
- If the upstream supplier of the certificate offers a replacement guarantee for the affected slot, we pass that replacement on to you and arrange the migration.
- If the supplier does not offer a guarantee, no automatic replacement is available. We do not offer cash refunds for revocations.
Free enterprise certificates (Shadow tier) carry no replacement guarantee — they are explicitly marked as short-lived.
#Service availability
iSign is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not commit to a specific uptime, response time, or feature stability. Maintenance windows and outages may occur without prior notice.
#Free tools
iSign Loader and any other free tools we publish are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. They use Apple's free developer tier and are subject to Apple's own limits (7-day signing window, three certificates per Apple ID, ~100 device registrations per year). See the Privacy Policy § 3 for what data the Loader handles.
#Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use a slot to sign and distribute pirated, malicious, or otherwise unlawful applications.
- Resell signed binaries or signing files to third parties.
- Attempt to scrape, enumerate, or abuse the bot or backend (multi-accounting raffle entries, automated tap farms, ticket inflation, etc.). Anti-abuse rules for raffles are enforced and accounts found in violation are disqualified without refund.
#Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for fraud, payment chargebacks, abuse of the SGN economy, or violation of these Terms. Active slots tied to an attached UDID continue to function (we cannot remotely disable them); SGN balances and unspent purchases may be forfeited.
#Disputes
If you have a complaint, contact @isign_rowdy first. We aim to resolve issues informally within 7 days. As iSign is operated by independent operators with no fixed legal jurisdiction, formal claims are limited to the amount you actually paid us for the disputed slot.
#Changes
If we change these Terms in a way that affects your existing slots, we post the change in @isignspace and update the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
